Keystone Resort Stay

This property was in a really good location. It was clean and accurately listed and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a couple things we didn’t like that much but also didn’t take the time to put in maintenance requests. The bathroom toilet was a bit low on water pressure so didn’t really flush properly. The shower was also really slow to drain so we had to wait quite a bit of time to let it drain before the next person could shower. But overall I really liked this property!

The place was very clean and tidy. There was just enough things for us in terms of kitchen items and we had everything we needed. Would recommend booking again with them!

The unit was great, short walk to the lifts, shopping and restaurants. Unbeatable view for the price. Only downfall was the fireplace wasn’t working, took multiple days and multiple conversations before someone would come check it out, followed by not being able to have a “fireplace repair service ” available till after my stay. Bottom line the unit is well worth the value.

Disappointed

The property is not as described. It is not recently renovated as implied. It says "remodeled", when would be my question. One wine glass, one plastic wine cup, and two glasses. The condo was clean, but the closets were cluttered with "stuff". The ceiling looks as if there was previous damage (perhaps water) and it was poorly repaired that the whole ceiling was not painted. You couldn't sit at the table without having to move furniture.

Amazing area!

The only issue we had was keeping the unit cool. It was very hot at night, which made sleeping a little difficult.

Vacasa ruined much of our getaway

Suffice it to say Vacasa was horrible to work with. Vacasa seems to do everything using boilerplate language. Many of the instructions and information pertained to other rental complexes, not the one we were in. No one ever dropped off parking passes as promised and we management had several signs threatening to boot cars without passes. We were on a 2-night getaway for a special occasion and I spent a few hours of it on text, calls, online trying to deal with Vacasa who has NO customer service skills. I will never deal with them again, nor should anyone else. Overall the condo was okay, but pretty much everything Vacasa told us was wrong so we wasted lots of time and effort trying to undo their mistakes. Go elsewhere and actually enjoy your time away. Oh, and if Vacasa posts a reply saying they are really sorry about this, my response is put your money where your mouth is and work on training your staff to actually help your clients.

Nice place to stay at

Nice place within a walking distance to lifts. The place is little dated but fine. Had a little issue and couldn’t figure out how to get in touch with anyone. There should be a number to call someone in case of emergency. Overall we had a good stay.
