NOTE: We are located in a neighborhood with full time residents. No parties, events or any other activities that would create a nuisance are allowed. No smoking allowed in home or anywhere on premises. Please do not book if you are unable to follow/respect these rules.

WELCOME: We're excited to add our 2nd vacation property in Summit County, Colorado. We pride ourselves in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and look forward to helping you make lasting and fond memories at Grande Keystone Lodge!

OUR HOME: Grande Keystone Lodge is a highly versatile 7BR home in Keystone with breathtaking 10-mile views of the Continental Divide. 5014 sq ft home on two levels with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The residence sleeps up to 16 adults (2 kings, 4 queens, 2 fulls, 2 twins, queen fold out in family room). 9 separate sleeping areas (7 private bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a den). Located near Keystone Resort, Keystone's River Golf Course, Lake Dillon and several other ski resorts. Features include a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, 2 fireplaces, 5 flat screen TVs, full-size pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 dining tables + 10 counter seats comfortably seat 24 people for meals in the same room. 2-car heated garage and paved driveway (parking limited to 5 cars .. maximum of 3 parked outside on driveway + 2 in the heated garage).

Outside there is a large sloped lot around the house, a paved driveway, a large south-facing deck with a gas BBQ grill, and a private hot tub with a 180 degree 10-mile mountain view. To ensure proper chemical balance, hot tub maintenance will be provided for longer stays, with access across exterior deck.

We provide a personalized Activity Guide after your reservation is confirmed, which includes nearby recommendations for things to do (i.e. hiking, boating, skiing, etc.) as well as our favorite spots for dining and shopping. Everything is based on our own personal experiences.

Huge Beautiful House, 10-30 mins from 1/2 dozen great ski areas.
Really spacious and comfortable. Everyone can have some privacy. The hot tub and the decks are very private. The house itself is pretty private, the neighborhood is very quiet. We were a party of 9 on a hardcore ski mission. We all looked forward to coming home each day to enjoy this beautiful house and especially the hot tub, which was in very good working order. You can see the pictures yourself-They are accurate! I also appreciate that there are not a lot of knick-knacks every where too. Decor was nice, (means not moose-y to me!). Comfortable furniture, nice linens.

We loved staying at this house. It was very clean and organized. There are tons of rooms and beds and places to hang out. The hot tub was lovely with a beautiful view. We were able to put both cars in the garage. And it was an easy drive to the ski resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Best place to live near Brackenridge.
This property is very very well maintained by the owner. The neighborhood is very quite and beautiful. If you love playing Golf, there are beautiful Golf grounds surrounded by this place by 5 min walking. If you love water boat, just 5 min drive. If I ever get an opportunity to visit Denver, I will prefer to book this house.

Weekend in Keystone
Went with a group of 8 to Mike and Chris's place in Keystone in May 2024. We all fit very comfortably in the house, and had a great time. The downstairs foosball and pool offered some fun activities, and the kitchen is set up well for a large group to hang out and eat together. The star of the show is the hot tub - great view, great place to hang out! Thanks to Mike and Chris!

Great layout, bug house
The driveway was a touch sketchy and slippery, but everything else was spot on. Large kitchen that accommodated a big group well. We never felt crowded. Bedrooms were nice, quite and separated well. The Main Master was nice, but the loft was really difficult to get up to. Great for kids, no adults wanted to use it. Quite neighborhood, fine for us, but may not be for all. I'd recommended it for groups of 10 or more.

My family and 3 others made the trek from OK to spend the week skiing and playing around Keystone and we couldn't have been happier with this house. It was extremely clean, convenient and comfortable for 15 people. To top it off, Mike was fantastic to work with.

Wonderful home with fun memories for a lifetime!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grande Keystone. The house fit our family of 16 perfectly with lots of fun amenities including pool table, foosball, ping pong and the hot tub. The kitchen was a great central spot with plenty of dining and space for everyone. The location was fabulous for lots of great hikes, even for young kids, and close to Keystone, Breck, Copper and whitewater rafting for great summer fun. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Layout for Larger Groups
Nice property that checks many boxes. Plenty of room for larger groups with many bedrooms, living areas, and a large kitchen. Photos do not do this place justice, as we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Bedrooms were spacious, and while some of our group had to share bathrooms there were no issues. The living areas are large, although we mainly used the upstairs area more than the downstairs. The games were fun, but we needed to buy ping-pong paddles and foosballs in order to play... A minor setback upon arrival. The kitchen was set up nicely with everything we needed, including a wide range of leftover spices. The garage was nice to have, but the driveway is kind of treacherous with snow... we managed just fine. Overall this is a great property!
