This stunning Ski-In Ski-Out condo in the Chateaux D'Mont complex contains its very own private in room hot tub. Make yourself at home in the large living room in front of a crackling real wood burning fireplace. Free firewood is delivered to your condo and stacked on your private patio which boasts breathtaking views of the ski slopes. Enjoy a selection of movies to watch on the TV, lounge with a book, or entertain your family with a board game. Since you can ski home for lunch, you'll love the big kitchen with newly tiled counters, glass cooktop, and the dining room table with seating for 5 people, additional seating for 3 at the bar. There are plenty of windows throughout the condo to let in the wonderful sunshine, and there is even a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Ease your muscles after a long day in your very own in unit PRIVATE HOT TUB! Soak in the views of the towering lodgepole pine trees from the wall of windows.The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a flat screen TV, and a private patio overlooking the mountains on the north of Keystone. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, and a newly tiled 2 person whirlpool tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features 2 double size beds and a TV. The attached guest bathroom has a newly tiled shower/tub combination.
This condo is the absolute closest you can get to the lifts in all of Keystone Resort! Located at the base of the Peru Express high speed quad, you are 100 steps to the lift. Enjoy this ground floor unit where there is no need to use stairs or an elevator. During the summer months, take advantage of the grill in the courtyard and serve your dinner outside. There is parking for one vehicle with this condo.

Superb location, can’t be beat! We love to cook together and save the hassle of going out and this kitchen, while remodeled, needs help! OLD pots and pans, not enough for a group meal, crock pot burned our dinner and minimal silverware.

We had a wonderful time staying in Keystone and our condo was fantastic! Very clean, very comfortable and roomy, and the perfect location for ski in ski out. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the management staff and owner were so nice! 100% recommend!

Fantastic Ski In-Ski Out Condo Steps from Peru Express
We loved the location of this condo! It made our ski day so much more enjoyable being this close to the lifts. We got into Keystone area late at night due to flight delays and check in was a bit tricky and finding the condo in the dark difficult - but that was Delta's fault for the delay. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Hope to go back next year!

It was nice but also a bit disappointing
Upon checking in, it felt like we were on the TV show 'The Amazing Race - the instructions were good, but it was a challenge in locating the box with the house fab, and also the house itself - especially after a long drive to get there. This home was clean and nicely decorated. Where we had problems was when we arrived, we read through the instructions about the fireplace, which went on and on about it being a gas fireplace. We looked for switches and looked up the flew, but it was a wood burning fireplace. We reached out to the property manager - who got back to us the next day - which was discouraging. Luckily, my husband is a home inspector and figured out that it was a wood burning fireplace, so we just took our chances on that, and it worked out. The jacuzzi was great but on the second day, it did not work knowing that the response from the property manager was going to be the next day, we just gave up and did not use it. The controls are very dated and there were no instructions. Overall, the stay was nice, but it would be nice to have someone available to answer questions immediately regarding things that keep you warm in a snowy mountain home!

Nice cozy place to stay! Clean
NICE place! Easy to check in great service & very friendly staff! It was a bit tough to find since no signs we posted to get to the condos but called & the staff guided us there. Loved the place, the location. The fireplace and the hot tub in the condo were a Huge plus! close to everything. Got to check out Frisco Dillon/Silverthorne and Breckenridge. I would definitely stay here again. I'm sure this is amazing in the winter months for skiers. I give this place a thumbs up

Outstanding in Every Way
This was a perfect location, walkable to the lift yet still very quiet. It was easy to find, as the numbers are on the stone part of the entrance. The condo was very spacious with everything we needed. The hot tub is private and large. The large bedrooms had very comfortable beds with private bathrooms. My family was very happy, warm and delighted with our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to returning soon.

I had never been to keystone before. The location is great. Very close to the lift that will get you to the other areas that are greens which is what we were looking for. The only issue was the last day you can hear the occupants above you if they are loud walking on the floors.

Excellent location for our ski trip.
We certainly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The only problem was getting checked in. We picked up our card keys and written directions as instructed by email. The directions were very confusing as they didn't follow any entry/parking signs. Our keys didn't open the gates to our parking lot! We had to have a bus let us in. We called the number on our directions and got a message " After hours please leave a message and we will return your call in the morning". Once we found our building, our keys would NOT get us in the building. Someone else finally let us in the building! Then thankfully our keys did get us in our room. We did get get a key for the building the next morning. After that, we had a great stay.

Loved the location you can’t get any better. The check in process was not great. We got in late and the keys didn’t work so we had to try and get ahold of someone and they finally brought new keys for the door. Overall we would stay again for sure just get there earlier!

Inside of condo was clean and well stocked. Outside back patio grass was not trimmed and broken glass in the grass. Hard to find exact location of the specific condo….maybe putting the building numbers on the directions along with condo number would be helpful. Otherwise, great location and enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Catfished - Property is in VERY poor condition
This was NOT what we expected based on the photos. Hot tub water below filter and had to be filled - maintenance woman was not strong enough and admitted she never fills it. Doors from outside were warped and could not be locked - had to call maintenance… doors from hot tub into main house were also warped and did not stay closed - major cold air coming thru. TERRIBLE sewer smell and lots of gurgling noises - turned out to be a faulty sink drain which was leaking under the cabinet and gave way with dirty water everywhere. Old food left in cabinets from previous guests - not sanitary. Ice maker not functioning properly. Fireplace handle broken with dangerous screws exposed. Dryer left with previous tenants clothing because dryer handle broken and couldn’t be opened. Hole in the master shower ceiling. Curtains couldn’t be raised/lowered - cords too tangled to operate. Furniture had to be covered - had rips/tears and stains … floor boards loose and noisy, everything generally old and worn past it’s life. Location is the only thing that was well represented.

Just steps to the lift made this such a great spot for our family of 4 who all have different ideas of how long a ski day should be. Everyone could come and go as they pleased, take breaks and regroup throughout the day. Had a roaring fire going every night which was fabulous and the hot tub was great at the end of the ski day. Called management for 2 different things and they were handled right away.

Everything went excellent, except we needed better directions to find the property after getting through the gate, it took us a good 10-15 min in the freezing cold to find the condo house number! It would have been far more effective to guide a new guest with specific directions on how to see and access the number of the condo.. Turns out it was the first place on the left as we pulled in and drove past it twice. Also, I did not receive an email confirmation and had to ask two people how to find the right lock box, Partly my fault as I did not know I did not receive the correct email with instructions until it was time for the instructions. i received a different email for confirmation. Beyond the initial difficulty of getting inside the place, it was amazing and we loved the access to the Peru run --steps away, which I don't think was advertised this way. My teenage girls LOVED the hot tub and we plan to return next year!! It was an excellent choice and you will not be sorry at this lovely home.

absolutely wonderful property, horrible property managers
our 4th time staying up at the Chateaux. we truly love this property in keystone. unfortunately, this time the property management company was sky run. they let an outrageous party happen in the condo above us. 8-10 guests, young, yelling, drunk, making way too much noise. we had to call property management 3 times. on the third time we had to explain we would call the police next as the people upstairs where throwing furniture. we have never had this kind of experience before. condo was so nice, and normally the property is very quiet and peaceful. i don't know what sky run has in mind to turn these into college drunk fests but i seriously doubt the property owners will put up with it for long. and to not take that kind of behavior serious, or the consideration of the other tents and residents is ridiculous.
