Great location in Keystone, good location in the building - right off of the elevator. Safe underground parking. Clean unit. All the amenities. Bummer was the TV system was not user friendly.

Being in river run was a fantastic decision being right next to the gondola! Plenty of options for food and shopping around and of course in a great area. Instructions to get keys and get in the parking garage were straightforward and easy to follow!

Great location in the village. Quick walk to gondola. But unfortunately we had a lot of issues when we were there: no WiFi, couldn’t get tv in bedroom to work, cable was out, front burners didn’t work, no colander, no cutting board, ski locker was full of water. Lots of annoying little things that added up. Plus you only get 2 entry cards. We had a family of 4 with 2 teenagers n pullout was too small (full), would be better for little kids or a couple. Otherwise room was as pictured. Skiing was great as always, luv keystone, but wish they’d bring back night skiing

Perfect space super close to lifts. Worked great for our group of 2 kids and 2 adults for sleeping and eating. The table was comfortable for us to play hours of card games at. We did not use the TVs. A few key items: Pictured is a traditional drip coffee maker - BUT the only one they have in the place is a Keurig. They confirmed that what they offered was different than what was pictured and seemed to consider both to be equal “coffee makers”. Plan accordingly. There was only one keycard in the lockbox and Vacasa confirmed this was correct. This created several challenges for us as we often split up (one kid gets tired or one adult runs to the grocery while the other skis with kids - in this case one part of the party cannot access the lobby and/or garage). If you are a group that sometimes splits during the day I would recommend another location.
