Offering 2-bedrooms with generous living space, it displays excellence in thoughtful ecological design, reflected by high ceilings, natural cooling, and fine finishes, with commissioned artwork displayed throughout. Take advantage of everything that Fraser Island has to offer using the Villa as your base for adventure. All the amenities of the award-winning Kingfisher Bay eco resort are available to you as a Cooloola Villa 705 guest. This includes use of the four lagoon-style pools, outdoor spa, beach towels, and tennis courts, with some of the Ranger-guided walks and presentations also complimentary. Additionally, guests can access full dining and tour booking services through the resort.

The Resort’s Main Complex, western beach and adjacent bars are connected by a series of illuminated wooden boardwalks – perfect for guests to make their way down onto the shore, or to soak up an iconic island sunset.

UPON ENTRY: Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, choice of pillows and bedding, side lamps, high-ceilings, ceiling fans, new reverse-cycle air conditioning, screened windows, generous built-in storage and a contemporary work desk.

The bathroom is complete with both a separate shower and a modern spa bath for ultimate personal relaxation.

LAUNDRY: The villa comprises a full separate laundry room with a new 10kg front-loader washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry sink, and air dryer. Starter packs of laundry detergent are also provided.

LIVING AREA: Relax on the modern sofas and chairs, make the most of the large Screen HD TV, DVD player, a small DVD collection and Bluetooth sound system to connect to mobile devices, opening onto the private deck. Maximise the fresh sea breezes, but the new quiet split-system air conditioning also supports the whole living area.

FULL KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, crockery and cooking utensils, 5-burner stove, oven, microwave and Bosch dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare or serve meals as you wish.

DINING ROOM: Seats 6, decorated and furnished to maximise the tree-top outlook.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES: Deck has table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing in privacy.

In addition, thoughtful touches from your discerning hosts are added throughout the Villa.

GUEST INFORMATION:

- Guests collect keys for Cooloola 705 from Kingfisher Bay Resort Reception.
- Cooloola 705 can be easily accessed via a small number of steps down from the designated parking spot, located within direct proximity to the villa.
- Access to the island is by ferry/barge and can be made through Kingfisher Bay Resort or Fraser Island Ferries. Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
