Rooms are worn out.
Posted Apr. 25, 2024 on HotelsThe rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. Very disappointing.
The morning breakfast comes with an ear basting performance of people “dancing” in costumes, clogging up the spaces to walk to get your breakfast. Literally was trapped by the breakfast bar with my terrified child for 5 minutes until they finished. It was not at all the peaceful breakfast one needs, unless you enjoy a headache with your toast. I wouldn’t book here again.

Not worth the money

Service was sub par, particularly travel assistance and front desk. I was messed around for two hours whilst waiting for a taxi and eventually told Id need to wait another hour. Service is nonexistent
They also charge 6,500 inr for a taxi back to Mumbai (local rate is 1,800).
Please note this is very much catered for children and there is extremely loud music and character dancing played at breakfast.
