I booked 3 rooms on Expedia and paid for them, but when we got to hotel we were told that one of the rooms was overbooked, and then they were trying to make us pay again for the room.There was no parking available for us. At the restaurant the table cloths were very dirty, the servers were extremely slow. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Dear Mr. Petr Vavrinyuk! Thank You for Your rewiew. We would like to make a clarification 1. You have booked 2 Standart Twin room and one Standart Triple room. Yes, the room for 3 people was overbooked. But our receptionist gave You 2 rooms - one Standart Twin and one Standart single room instead of it without any additional payments! It was a very good and comfortable upgrade for You. 2. There are 2 parkings near the hotel. Inside the yard we have parking for small cars and near the central entrance - for big cars. Your car stayed on our parking in front of the entrance under CCTV as for VIP guests. 3.Thank You for Your сomment about restaurant service. Take our appologises! We will do our best to prevent this from happening again! Hope that we will have chance to correct Your opinion about the hotel. Best regards, IRIS art HOTEL management.
