Very old outdated. Unfriendly staffs. Unreliable wifi. Unable to support power connectivity issue. Poor bathroom facilities. Poor bedding condition. Tiny 21 or 23” TV set with no international tv channels.

Dirty and unfriendly

I booked a junior suite but looked like a standard 2 star room. Smelled very bad. Asked to get a new room. Got a better. Now reception wanted me to pay extra. Why did the offer a room and then force me to pay? The unfriendly and non-service minded receptionist didn't try to solve the situation. In the end i got another very bad junior suite which smelled less bad but very dirty. I could not get anything refunded. Among my worst hotel experiences and i stay alot in hotels. Never this again and i can't recommend anyone to take it. I will attach a picture showing how much dirt i got on a towel by just wiping of the table in the room. Please, do yourself a favor and choose ANY other hotel!!
