Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized!

Disappointing
Publié le 29 août 2019 sur HotelsStaff are not that helpful. Early check in wasn’t possible and a late checkout was costing about $50, no option to even check out an hour later. Staff don’t speak English very well and it was hard to talk to them. Room was small and disappointing. I’ve stayed in much nicer 4* hotels.

Publié le 20 janv. 2019 sur HotelsOverall the experience of staying in this hotel was excellent. It is located far away from the city center, but the view of the green fields, it creates a fantastic atmosphere. 15 min to drive to the heart of the Kharkiv.

Great but desolate
Publié le 30 mai 2013 sur HotelsGreat place for a relaxing time. In good weather pool area is super, and the restaurants (hotel and golf club) are good but the standard do vary from day to day and course to course.
