Wake up to the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean. Just a hop, step and jump (90 minutes) from Sydney but a world away. In this absolute ocean front duplex you will watch the waves crashing on the rocks from the couch in the living room. You have the whole house to yourself. You will breathe the fresh sea air and maybe spot a whale or dolphin. The duplex has been totally refurbished with lots luxury upgrades to match the million dollar views. You will love the serenity and magic of the ocean being only 1 minute walk to The Little Blowhole and also situated on the scenic Kiama Coastal Walk. If you have the energy you can walk or run all the way along the coast to Gerringong.
The space

Freshly repainted and lovingly renovated, brand new beds, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, couch and furnishings. Designed for comfort whilst maintaining a stylish coastal theme.
There are 2 single trundle mattresses which can be set-up, if needed, for extra guests in bedroom one.
There is a second lounge (in carpeted garage) which has a large couch which easily converts to a single mattress if required. The second lounge is also useful as a movie or games room for a dedicated children space.
Guest access
Guests can access areas of the duplex except the for the locked cupboard in laundry.
You will have the entire place to yourself. There are no shared rooms with other guests this ensures privacy and comfort.

Lovely location, fewer beds than advertised.
Wonderful location with stunning views, the hot tub is amazing, and the host left a lovely gift for us to enjoy. Unfortunately there were 9 people in our group and although this is advertised as having 9 beds, the “double sofa bed” is actually just a normal lounge and doesn’t convert to a bed at all. When we removed the cushions from the lounge (trying to work out how to convert it to a “sofa bed” as advertised), there were Picnic wrappers and crumbs and a large amount of loose pretzels and even some dirty linen hiding in there. This was particularly concerning as one of our group is anaphylactic to peanuts so we spent the first hour of our stay thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the lounge. Then we had to just put a sheet over the top of it as it doesn’t convert and is not a bed. I communicated my disappointment to the host and he did agree to refund part of the price. If you have fewer than nine people and no allergy concerns, I would recommend this accommodation as the views are lovely and the location is perfect. If you are planning on using all of the available beds, be aware there are fewer than advertised.

It was the high number of excellent reviews that gave me confidence to book this property and it didn’t disappoint. What a beautiful place! From the peaceful location and views, the beautifully decorated home with spacious and comfortable spaces, and the spa and massage chair – this property is aimed at providing the most relaxing and restful experience. We enjoyed every aspect of it! Each window on both levels gave a lovely vantage point and we spent each night sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean and listening to the sounds of the sea. Thank you, Jason, for the ease in communicating with you and for your kind hospitality. I can tell you truly like to give your guests the best experience while staying at your property.

Unpleasant experience
Even though the property has a great view from the balcony, it ends there. Thats the only positive. Upon arrival to the property there was a bin full of maggot riddled rubbish overflowing greeting my family and I. Even after contacting the owner, we left after 5 days and the rubbish was only moved to another side of the driveway but the stench and flies were still there. The house was not clean at all, fruit flies everywhere even in the bedrooms and bathrooms let alone an unpleasant stench throughout the house. Kitchen had fingerprints, dirt on the cupboards, spiderweb next to the fridge, dust in the house, windows and bathrooms not clean with mould. Even the couches had not been vacuumed or cleaned as my kids found dirt behind when they dropped one of their toys. A cleaning fee is charged with the property but seems pointless. If you are travelling with kids with any allergies this is not a place I recommend. For the price per night it does not deliver. I have stayed in numerous hotels, accomodations with various price ranges and have never had an issue like what I had in this property. If you are only after an ocean view and nothing else, then book this place.

Perfect Place Great Location
This is a beautiful house with everything you need including Spa ! The deck outside is covered and perfect for the BBQ, overlooking spa and a magnificent ocean view to watch the whales as the swim by !! The beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are lovely ! It’s enough just to sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful ocean views, watch the “Little blowhole” continually come alive, hear the choir of birds, and even spot some whales. Then there’s a hot tub and a massage chair to help you unwind further Beautiful beach styling and love that there’s plants in most rooms Open planned and floor to ceiling windows let in so much natural light and the ocean views Lovely quiet street, with a great cafe 200m away. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, with comfortable beds Make sure you use the hot tub under the stars and wake early to watch a gorgeous sunrise!! Jason was fantastic - communicated well with quick and helpful responses, and left us a generous welcome gift Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful view from the deck!!! Little Blowhole and whales. Spectacular location, 3 minute walk to a gorgeous coffee around the corner. The house was perfect for our group. Life is good at Sea la Vie
We arrived to a beautifully clean house, in an amazing location and were even welcomed with a nice bottle of red and a box of chocolates! The location of the property is amazing and you will get a surprise the first time you hear the "whoomp" of Little Blowhole but it just adds to the ambience while you're relaxing in the spa. The house comes with everything you need and we were even lucky enough to spot some whales while enjoying our coffees on the front deck. Jason is very responsive to any questions and in our state of extreme relaxation, we even forgot to grab a couple of bags as we left! Not an issue though as Jason organised for the clothes to get cleaned and posted back to us. We'll definitely be back and thanks again for a great stay. It's a magic spot on the coast that you get to enjoy!

Family break in Kiama
Great base for a family holiday in Kiama. Quiet neighbourhood. Amazing sea views, we could even see the little blowhole, Very well appointed with everything that you could want. Enjoyed the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside on the lovely deck. Jason was easily contactable and dealt with a couple of issues we had immediately. If you are sleeping in the converted garage, plumbing is noisy! We really enjoyed our stay there and would go again

Jason's property was beautiful, well maintained and located in a quiet part of Kiama. The property was super clean & was spacious enough for our group of friends. Such a beautiful property to spend a few days. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck taking in this stunning view....and watching the little blowhole's activity. Jason is a very helpful and friendly host, and the house included all the extra little touches to make our stay special....(the wine and choccies were very much enjoyed!), as were the lovely handwashes and shampoos. The hair straightener was an added bonus. It's on the list to stay again! 🤩
