Great view
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe view was great however the driveway and parking situation wasn’t ideal at all. The steepest driveway ever and it’s made for tiny cars. The property was in a great location and walking to the shops, cafes and supermarkets was easy, although it’s very hilly. The property needs a good clean and some TLC. Lots of little things broken or missing or overused. We were two families with babies staying together and the property was large enough for us all to have our own space and it worked well. I think if some time and money was spent on the property it would easily score 5 stars.

Inflexible
Publié le 9 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayHouse was booked for Red Hot Summer Tour in Kiama which was rescheduled 2 days prior due to weather (NSW Floods). Contacted Managing Agent and asked if we could transfer booking to rescheduled tour dates including extra day rental plus offered additional payment to help facilitate the date change. The request was denied. Very disappointed with outcome and would not recommend staying here or using properties managed by Holiday Rental Specialists.

Good Afternoon Todd! Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review on your stay at Santa Barbara on Bombo Beach. It is definitely unfortunate that the Red Hot Summer Tour in Kiama was rescheduled due to the excessive rain that we were experiencing at the time. Unfortunately the owner did decline your request to move the dates as the property was still entirely accessible. HRS did offer to cancel the booking for you and re-list it to see if we were able to have it rebooked, in which case you would have been provided a refund if it was booked minus the relisting fee. Unfortunately you declined this offer. Our cancellation policy is noted in our terms & conditions which you agree to upon booking. We hope you are able to enjoy the Red Hot Summer Tour later in the year.

Great family orientated property

While it didn’t detract from our stay, a few things need some TLC to bring them up to standard (eg, back decking boards loose and broken, bathroom fan very noisy, leak from under the stairs when it rained, AC in one bedroom not working). Everything else great, would recommend.

Publié le 16 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayhad a lovely time for our family getaway. the property was fantastic, had everything we needed and amazing views over the ocean and beach. the hot tub was a big hit! only downside was there wasn’t much available for cooking in the kitchen but luckily there were lots of options for take away close by. such a convenient location for trips into town. would love to go back & stay there again
