Beautiful Kiawah Island Home

Great weekend stay

We had plenty of room and everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! Everyone was pleased. Very good communication also. We will definitely rent again.

Girls Trip
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was the perfect location for a girls trip for my friends and I. The home itself is classically coastal and it was such an accommodating space. The living room had great seating so we all could sit comfortably and enjoy one another. The back deck sitting area was gorgeous as well. This was my first stay on Kiawah, and it was so enjoyable!! Only thing to note is that it is a decent drive into downtown, but it is such a nice calm community so it’s worth it.

Very Dirty
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen we arrived we found the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We called housekeeping who was clearly overwhelmed but did send someone a couple of hours later. They shook off some things, stacked towels in the bathrooms and left. The feeling of disgust could not be overcome by any of us.
This house was built in the late 70' early 80 and it being used to turnover guests. It's not clean, not useful and the owners should come stay in it and use the same amenities the guests have to use.
Filthy furniture, dirty pans, dirty towels and to top it off you are not very close to the beach so don't let the photo fool you. I have photos of anyone wants to see them.

This renter claimed he couldn't access/didn't stay at the property and wanted a full refund. I provided the letter from VRBO showing the claim. When he didn't get the refund, he wrote a retaliatory review.. As for saying I should have to deal with the amenities, I was there the week before. He never made any attempt to communicate with me that there was an issue.
