Excellent House
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt's a perfect house in a great location. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Great layout with plenty of room for our families to spread out. Very well-appointed kitchen. Josh was excellent to work with. We will absolutely be back.

Wonderful property

Host Josh was a great resource and because we had the bad luck of booking our stay during Tropical Storm Debby, he kept us posted about road conditions and weather advisories. Although our family didn't get as many beach days as we hoped, the comfort of the house and its location helped our vacation go smoothly in spite of the weather. We enjoyed the screened porch, the view of the golf course, made great meals in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed being together. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable Kiawah vacation and have already re-booked for next year! Thanks Josh!

Perfect House!

The layout and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 9 and could have slept a few more comfortably. The upstairs for the teenagers was perfect and location was great location with a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Great home and Josh was very attentive if we needed anything

Great Family Beach House
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in at Kiawah. Plenty of space that is decorated lovely and the view is wonderful of the golf course. Kitchen is up fitted for whatever you need to cook. Our family truly enjoyed our week here!!!

Fantastic Week

It is fantastic, beautiful, clean and a well stocked kitchen. We have a large family and there is plenty of room so people do not feel crowded at all. We will return again next year.😊

Wedding Week with Family

It was a mix of myself, my Husband and our 2.5 year old, my Parents, my In Laws and my Sis in law. there was enough space and rooms for everyone to be comfortable. we loved how close it was to the beach, such an easy walk and such a bonus that the garage had beach necessities (wagon, chairs, toys etc). Most did not apply for my daughter, but it was nice to see there were alot of kid friendly items in the rental for traveling families (pack n play, booster seats etc). We would definitely stay again!

Large House for Group Stays

Location is central on Kiawah and right by the main road road and bike path. 10 mins walk to the beach, and the house had all the cooking equipment that we needed. Strong wifi and nice bathrooms. Would stay again.

Kiawah Retreat
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed this spacious house. There was plenty of room to spread out as well as space to be together. House was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Host provided all the things one would need for a fabulous stay. We all wanted to stay longer.
