My mother passed away 3 days prior to our check-in and when I called to try to save a little something out of this tragedy, all I was told was I should have purchased travel insurance. SERIOUSLY!!!! You people are inhuman and deplorable. Nothing...not one consideration was given to me and my wife by you and your idiot proxies. No partial refund, no reschedule...nothing. I will make it my mission to ensure that Vrbo, Vacasa, and the rest of the people involved in this fiasco never get business from anyone I know ever again.

Room has roaches!!!
Publié le 24 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis room had roaches it smelled bad and nothing was done to correct the problem the floors needed cleanedthe enitre ace was an aweful experience. Go elsewhere for a stay it will be worit for cleanliness and peace of mind

Beautiful beach location
Publié le 18 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayNice, clean, attractive and modern condo with great access to retail options and a wonderful secure walkway to the gorgeous beach. Parking pass process was awkward, and it would be nice to have beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.

Charming Studio
Publié le 15 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat location for the price. Nice property with no disturbances from neighbors. The building has an elevator. Our room was a studio with a balcony. Kitchen and bath was well equipped. Hand soap provided, a few laundry pods (if needed) and a few dishwasher packs. A few beach chairs and umbrellas were noted at the property. We had our own. It is not newly updated, but the price is fair. Downside was the key fob to the beach access did not work and management took about 24 hours to tell us we needed to go to Freshfields for the key fob. No big deal b/c a public beach access is next door. Downside of not using the private access is no water to clean your chairs and feet when you exit the beach. Also the laundry is complementary (I believe one on each floor) but the dryers (there were two) on the 4th floor did not dry the clothes. We didn't try the other floors. Overall, a great stay. We love Kiawah and riding the bikes and the wildlife.
