Nice place, GREAT location
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed four nights. All in all, it's a fine place. Location is exceptional, with the ocean within "earshot" and a short walk. Bed was GREAT. Extremely comfortable. Living room bright and open, with high ceiling. Nice screened-in porch.
The one disappointment was significant construction/renovation across the way (the row of housing on other side of parking lot). It wasn't too bad, but a bit noisy during workday hours. Also, the sliding glass door to screened-in porch is difficult to lock. But unit is on second level.
Overall, customer service from rental company was very responsive.

The ratty screen door & front door that needed a shoulder check to open pretty much set the tone.
The unit was located in a construction site, which we were NOT made aware of prior to booking..

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. The front door opens fine for us so I'm not sure what issues you were having. The listing does note that there is construction in the area over the winter. As with most resorts the HOA's take advantage of the off season to do their maintenance projects. In this case the work is on the other buildings in the area surrounding our condo.

Very nice
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayUnable to stay at this property as the stairs were undergoing renovation. However, the owner/manager invited us to stay at another property which happened to be our 2nd choice, so it all worked out.

Perfect location for weekend getaway
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location for an off-season weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach and miles of biking/walking path. House was clean and well furnished. I would definitely return and/or recommend to friends and family.

Great location!
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo had so many extras and was super close to the beach. Also several restaurants and shopping about 5 mins away. Unfortunately, for us, it rained the entire time we were there. Bummer! We still had a great time and would love to try for better weather next year.

We had a great trip!

Steps from the beach!
Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is awesome! Our family of three loved the location, just steps from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the property on all of the paths.
Beds were comfortable, even the pull out that our 15 year old slept on. Towels and sheets were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs.
