Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location steps from the beach had a beautiful view, however, the overall property (interior) of the villa needs a refresh. For the price of this villa my expectation was the inside would be in better shape. A paint job, updated furnishings and newer household items as small as a new shower rod, shower curtain, bedding and pots and pans would go a long way to make the inside as enjoyable as the proximity to and beautiful ocean view. Some things can not be determined in a listing. The internet can make anything look good. While I will certainly stay in this area again I would not select this particular villa on a return visit. It did not meet my expectations for the price of the stay.

Condo on Kiawah Island

Just steps to the beach. Clean. Furniture and particularly the beds needs to be updated. Outdoor furniture should be updated to accommodate 4 people given 2 bedroom.

Cozy spot nestled in the trees

Needs major updating
Publié le 13 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed the view. But condo was not in good shape. Living room furniture is worn out. Electrical outlets in bathroom do no work. Toaster was toast(didn't work at all). Issues with the lights. Missing bulbs in the bathroom. Hair dryer came from a old hotel. Pans put back in oven dirty. Owners need to come and stay and see what they can do the correct some of these issues.

Wonderful location with beautiful view of the ocean!
Publié le 25 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWonderful stay for our girls weekend! Villa was beautiful and was just the right size! Vacasa left a nice welcoming package for us that made us feel special! The accommodations were perfect! Only thing that could use some improvement was the living room seating which was worn and could of had been better otherwise it was great. We would stay there again in the future.
