Great staff

I wrote them saying i wouldnt arrive until 1 am and they said no problem and assured me they would be waiting for me. And gave me the names and contact details of the staff that would be there. As taxi was dropping me off the security gate opened with the guard and young man welcoming me.
And then the lady came out to welcome me as well .
Arriving in kigali for the first time at 12 am it is nice to stay at this place not too far from the airport.
The room was a little rundown but was given nice towels and fresh bars of soap.
And incredible price for a room with private shower and toilet.
In the morning i took a look around the property and it had a great garden area. Tons of different birds. Nice views. I sat at a table in the garden area and had a great breakfast .
Staff were incredibly nice. And the young man who greeted me at 1 am was there at 8am as well and very helpful getting me a motorbike driver to the city and answering my million questions
Also hotel is a ten minute walk away to the famous kigali market. Was a beautiful walk to the market.

It was good that you informed me in advance about your arrival time so I told my staff to be ready to receive you. We understand the situation when a guest come to unknown place, full of curiocity if he will even receive someone to open the gate in midnight. 5 star hotels are always ready to receive guests with their expensive infrastructure but for a budget hotel like ours, it is only proper communication and extra care for guest can give a memorable experience. Believe us that we are committed to balance between cost and quality. We don't promise for luxury but care, value for money service and respect towards our guests. We wish and hope that you will give us chance to host you again at Colours Club. Greetings.
