hotel aimable mais trop vétuste pour un 4 étoile

Pour : accueil et service
Contre : structure général a refaire a améliorer
Hotrel belle vu coté piscine mais uniquement fais pour voyage courte durées le we impossible de se reposer trop de bruit prés de la piscine hotel 95 anglophone hotel 1 ou 2 étoiles mais pas un 4 étoiles

It has a great view. I arrived a day earlier than the group, but I had to pay for my own taxi, a higher rate than the group rate plus I had trouble getting drinking water in my room.

Incompetent at every level

Horrible treatment from staff as payment was not received from hotels.com. Staff too incompetent to query this with their provider and denied access to my room. Was made to feel like a criminal despite having a confirmed booking reservation that was paid for. They should have never made a billing dispute with hotels.com the problem of a guest. Food service is very slow. Airconditioning did not work and no effort was made to repair it. Shower head keeps falling off and hits you in the head. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Dear Customer, Greetings from Dove Hotel. Hope that you are doing well . We do apologize for not giving you a good service as you wanted, however, we would like to clarify on the issue of payment was from Hotels.com. As you can remember well, we just asked you about the payment and we thank you very much in the way you helped us to reach the Hotels.com regarding your payment. Expedia system had been managed by our General Manager of Dove Hotel only , by that time of your stay at a hotel, he was not around . off course , we had to make foll up on the payment from Expedia's customers and that is how we were asking you for the payment. But about denying you to have access to your room, we didn't know that ,you could have reported the stuff /person who treated you like that but be patient . But you stayed until your check-out date you and your colleague and thank you for being patient .About food service,air conditioning and shower head , firstly we are asking for forgiveness for not giving you a good service again but promising to correct them and improve our service delivery as well. It is not worst Hotel as you said because you had security no body touched you not even in the Hotel alone but in the whole country. Hope that you will understand this in good way and hope to have you back to stay at Dove Hotel. Thank you for choosing Dove Hotel God Bless you abundantly.

This is a smart hotel in a nice part of Kigali. I liked the size of the room and the gold trim on the ceiling gave it a Regal feel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The swimming pool was a good size. I enjoyed the surrounding area as there were lots of retail outlets around and I had my hair cut at a local saloon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Genocide Memorial and the whole place is very picturesque.
