WiFi slow in and around some particular apartments especially that which I was in. They really have to improve the WiFi connectivity

Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated.

Very nice place but the staff are unprofessional!

This property did not allow my visitor into my apartment and the reason they gave is that we are not married. I found this unacceptable given that my visitor wasn't spending a night or was coming for an amourous check-in. They dont clean the rooms and they dont change towels. Frankly speaking this is a nice place but the mentality of the owner /manager is unacceptable. I paid my money and was entitled to having my apartment cleaned, towels changed and have access to my visitors. Matter of fact i will never go back to the place unless management is changed.

The location is good, the place is clean and the staff try to be helpful. We booked with free bottled water and breakfast included. Upon check-in we noticed that there was no water in the flat. As we had arrived very late into the night we decided to report the issue the next morning. The next morning there was no breakfast and no water. We reported the issue, but reception said that none of these items are included; we showed our reservation where all inclusions were clearly marked. Days 2 and 3 we got water and breakfast. Breakfast is simple, but ok for a short stay. At checkout, we were told we had to pay for the water and breakfast! Again we showed our reservation and explained to the receptionist. We were able to checkout without having any additional costs to our stay, but we wish we didn’t have to go through this ordeal. Otherwise it was an OK stay.

Heavenly place

The pictures online are not deceving, Mountain View is a gorgeous place! I spent a wonderful week with my family and we miss it! We called a day prior to our arrival since our flight landed a bit after midnight. Verdaste arranged for a cab to pick us up. We didn't make it to Mountain View until well after 1 am and Verdaste was there to greet us.The staff, starting with the attentive Donata and Verdaste take care of you no matter the time of day. We rented a two-bedroom which was pristine and tastefully decorated. My husband loves to cook and found a well stocked kitchen. We had friends over and Donata brought over the additional utensils we needed. Donata and her team provided daily "un nettoyage approfondi" and it reflected their pride of Moutain View. We rented a car during our stay and had many parking places to choose from :-) It is a well hidden gem and more exquisite than any five-star hotel. We can't wait to return.
