The hotel was under renovations when I went there so I could not stay. When hotels.com attempted to email and call the hotel to confirm a refund with them via email and phone, they did not respond - so I may just be out the money and never stayed there.

Worst Hotel

WORST HOTEL SERVICE EVER! After flying from brussel Airport, just wanted to do my test and sleep. Lucky i found a new hotel Woud Never recomend this hotel for Europees are as last min boeking

The sweat stained pillows had no covers, the walls had water damage. The room had a stale smell to it. The bathroom was dark and dingy but had excellent heated and pressured water

Not worth your money

Service was devastatingly poor. My first night I was checked into a room that was not clean and the toilet was not working. The bed was extremely small and mattress completely worn out. The hotel could not also keep control of the noise levels in the hotel as there were rowdy guests staying in my floor who kept up and made noise all through the night. The breakfast menu was very disappointing- for instance on Thursday morning the only options available were vegetable soup, french fries and boiled eggs. Service at the restaurant was also extremely slow with food orders taking up to 1 hour and waitpersons quite slow in approaching and responding to customer queries. I would strongly not recommend for either a long or short term stay. You might have to reconsider removing the hotel from your listing to protect your reputation.

It was horrible experience of this so called Mirror Hotel. I had booked the hotel through Expedia and reservation was confirmed. But when we reached to the hotel in the evening, they said there is no vacant room reserved for us as confirmed during booking.. How can a hotel say like this ??? They transferred us to a hotel called Classic Hotel. But the facilities there were not up to he standard what we booked and paid. So I recommend all the guests not to book this Mirror Hotel. Helpful staff, the bedsheets needs whitening; It doesn’t look clean. The reading table needs a reading light, the room is not bright enough and the more so for reading/working

Terrible, terrible hotel. Avoid at all costs.

The staff at this hotel are deeply incompetent. Every mistake that they could have possibly made, they did. They lost my booking. They tried to charge me at checkin, despite having prepaid in full through hotels.com. I booked a suite. They gave me a normal room. They forgot about my laundry - twice. They failed to clean my room or replace the used shampoo. It was so bad that I ended up checking out a day early and going to a different hotel. When checking out, they tried to charge me for another guest's meals. What a bunch of amateurish fools.
