+ Emplacement - Vieux, daté, d'un autre temps (Généralité) - Sale - Non aéré, mauvaise odeur - Equipements datés Horrible, nous avions l'appartement #C-608 et tout était vieux, d'un autre temps et sale. Pour ne rien arranger, il y a une seule climatisation (dans le salon) - très bruyante, bac à vider tous les jours sinon risque d'inondation - et dans la chambre, il n'y a qu'un simple ventilo et pas de fenêtre. Il faut savoir que pendant notre séjour, la température de nuit était de autour de 25 et que de jours, il faut compter 35 avec une humidité maximale. Dommage qu'on ne peut pas rajouter de photos dans cette avis... Nous avons quitté l'appartement au bout d'une seule nuit. Extrêmement déçu pour un voyage que l'on attendait depuis tant d'année.

Communication was excellent, space was clean and taken care of, very quiet, nice pool and short walk to the beach. Would definitely go back and recommend them.

Nice area located central to beaches, eateries and shopping areas within walking distance. I made my reservations for two adult couples and had two Queen bedrooms but got one King and one room with two double beds. Very upsetting for other couple who spent their week sleeping apart. Called office and they pointed the finger at Expedia. Called Expedia and didn’t get through twice so didn’t waste my vacation time trying to get this settled since most of the day was spent on excursions and left evenings which the office closed at 4pm. Very frustrating!!

Hi Theresa, We are so sorry to hear you had such an upsetting time. I would like to point out that you booked a room CATEGORY and not a specific unit. If you put a preference in online when you booked the room, the company DID NOT communicate those needs to us. The reservation we received from Expedia is for TWO PEOPLE, not two couples. You also did not provide clearances for the other 3 adults in the room. Furthermore, our office tried to call you during your stay and you did not answer. We did leave a voicemail to call us back. If you did need us, we sent you multiple emails with our After Hours phone number. Our guests are not abandoned after 4pm when the office is closed- you actually have access to a real person all night until we reopen at 8am. I hope this brings light to your situation. I am so sorry that your friends had to sleep on the floor.

I’d stay again

The property was great, lots of plants, birds and right across from the beach and a few restaurants within a block from the property. The groundskeeper/security guard was pretty rude (the old white guy always wearing black) but the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Contactless check-in was easy, and the gal at the desk was helpful when I stopped in for a few questions. The condo was great, ours had everything we needed including items to use at the beach.

Blanket was dirty with Hairs. Garden was nice. Pool was not open

Maui trip

The unit has a washer & dryer which is very convenient. It's nice that it is a non smoking property although there was a man we encountered on our way to the beach that was standing in a non smoking area. Very quiet overall in Bldg. B where we stayed.
