Newly Remodeled in 2024! Come relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean and island views in this rare three Bedroom Condo with BONUS ROOM that is perched on the very top row/tier in the Ho’olei community.

This spacious unit has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen (Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee machines), outdoor dining area, and upper and lower lanais that will be sure to keep everyone comfortable and spread out. Everyone will sleep comfortably with the extra sleeping accommodations of our newly added bonus room offers both a queen size sleeper sofa, and a full size sleeper sofa..

We take pride in offering you and your family a unique experience unlike any other. When you arrive at the Ho’olei Resort we greet you and your family with a tour of the resort’s beautiful pool, waterfalls, Jacuzzi, sandy beach area and exercise room. Our staff will then escort you to our condo and explain all the functions of this state-of-the-art home and answer any questions you might have regarding the Ho’olei experience and the island of Maui.

Our Team will be here to accommodate you every step of the way. From the moment you book your vacation villa, upon arrival, during your stay and after you return home - we are always a phone call, email or SMS away.

Lolita and her housekeeping team is the best on Maui. With her high standards, you can expect your home to be extra clean and stocked well with fresh towels, sheets, and linens. Eric, our concierge will welcome you with the biggest smile. He's your guy if you have any questions about the home or if you find that you need anything during your stay!

You will be welcomed with local snacks and desserts as well as beauty products exclusively from L'Occitane. We supply all the linens, towels and sundries you will need in the home

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive information on our Island recommendations and favorites.

Ho'olei's central location is the most popular resort on Maui! Wailea, on the leeward south-western side of Maui, is the driest part of the Island. The rainfall is moderate with about twenty inches on average per year. Most of the days of the year, even in the rainy winter months, are sun filled.

Ho'olei is in the town of Wailea and in close proximity to the well known Four Seasons Resort, the Grand Wailea Resort, and the Wailea Beach Villas. The shops at Wailea are within walking distance, as well as the new Wailea Village Center. You will be able to walk to most of the places you need to go, but we absolutely recommend you rent a car and hit the road to enjoy the variety of attractions Maui has to offer.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the world is just across the street. Wailea beach has been awarded top beach awards by Conde Nast magazine and many other travel publications. There are many gourmet restaurants within walking distance, and there is a much-loved beach path, perfect for an early morning jog or an evening stroll..

For "Fun in the Sun" we provide eight beach chairs, four beach umbrellas, a rolling cooler, wagon, eight beach towels and six gym towels.

Our homes are not affiliated with the Grand Wailea Hotel pools across the street, however, Ho’olei has a less crowded, five-star pool surrounded by tropical landscapes, with a baby beach, nineteen-foot waterfall, swim-in-grotto, two whirlpools, men’s and women’s sauna and beautiful locker rooms with showers.

You can explore the nearby Shops at Wailea that is within walking distance from your home with plenty of dining choices, a gourmet market, popular clothing stores, and local boutiques.

Ho'olei Resort is just across from the Grand Wailea  and Four Seasons Hotels with additional amenities that you are welcome to enjoy such as shopping, dining, wellness spa, etc.

Best house on the island
We absolutely loved our stay at Ho’olei. Eric made sure we had everything we needed. The team takes great pride in keeping the home and grounds clean. The outdoor patio with panoramic view of the ocean and proximity to the Grand Wailea resort and beach were a highlight of our stay. The home is perfect for large family gatherings and has a fully stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to plan our next adventure back to Wailea.

Paradise in Maui
The unit was beautiful. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was perfect. We appreciated the beach towels, sand shovel, beach bucket, beach chairs and wagon. It made our daily outings so much easier. Not even once did we say ”I wish we had…”. We enjoyed our stay.

Familiar with the Ho'olei, third time at this property, first at this unit. Beautiful, as expected. Liked having the fourth bedroom conversion so we all could be together. Never ate in the formal dining room before anyways, always ate on the lanai. The sun shades were a very nice feature.Top tier is a must for the view!

Truely Beautiful
This Unit is absolutely beautiful. Our family booked this spot since it had 4 bedrooms which it does. The conversion of the Dining room into a Bedroom was perfect. Who would even use that dining room when you have the most spacious and georgous views from the Lanai. This house has more than enough room for a large family with kids. They have everything you need. We BBQ 2 nights so it was perfect. The kids had space, the adults had space, it was great. The unit is furnished beautifully and the beds are so comfortable. Love the main bedroom downstairs as the Shower is so cool. My wife spent morings reading with a cup of coffee in the downstairs lanai and was so peaceful. Having all the extra to use at the beach really made it great. Cant say enough, we will look at this place again the next time our family goes to Maui. Oh lastly, Eric was great for check in and questions. made things so smooth. Cant say enough great things about this Property.

Exceptional Experience
We would highly recommend this property. From booking to checkout everything was seamless and exceptional. Eric was friendly and easy to reach although we didn't need him because everything was perfect. The property was even better than advertised. Remarkably clean and very well stocked with everything. Overall layout is perfect for multiple couples or a decent sized family like we had. All around best house rental we have ever stayed, even better than most hotels. Well worth the money!

A slice of heaven
We were the first to stay in this lovely, elegant unit after its renovation to convert the dining room into a 4th bedroom. This worked perfectly for our extended family: my husband and myself, our 3 children and 2 son in laws and 1 and 2 year old grandchildren. The 4th bedroom isn't totally sound proof so not ideal if 4 couples are traveling together. There was plenty of space on the patios and family room to hang out. We didn't miss a dining room at all as we ate all meals outside or at the large kitchen island. This condo is impressively stocked with high end appliances and cookware. They didn't have any extra spices, etc that often are in VBROs but suspect that is because we are the first in the unit after the remodel. The home has an impressive collection of pool and beach items such as chairs, wagons, umbrellas and towels. Really, nothing was missing. It is super easy to drive or walk to the Wailea beach. The way back is a little uphill but not a big deal. I walked this several times a day. I started each day appreciating sunrise while walking along the coastline. We didn't have access to the Grand Wailea's pool but that was not an issue. The community pool is absolutely the best you will ever find for a residence complex. Just look at the pictures. Our grandchildren loved it. (I suggest if you arrive in Wailea before the unit opens, hang out at the this pool). The fitness center was pretty good and never busy. Last but not least is the view from this home is breathtaking. Everyone one of us spent time outside gazing at the ocean. This luxury home is very well managed. They have thought of everything . We very much hope to return.

Lovely stress-free property
This property was absolutely ideal for our family of 7 adults & 1 child under 2. The layout of 2 bedrooms down allowed the little one's sleep patterns to leave the younger adults in the upstairs bedrooms undisturbed. There is a beautiful large tile staircase in the entry that could be a concern for a little one, but ours made out just fine with 7 adults watching out for him. The stunning views & sunsets from the lanais were breathtaking, & the stylish decor & well stocked kitchen very much appreciated. We were grateful to have the beach towels, "backpack" beach chairs & umbrellas provided. They were easily transported to the beach with the provided wagon or simply carried down & were used daily! From the lovely welcome gift of fruit and Hawaiian soft drinks and snacks, to the provided luxury bath products, no detail was overlooked by our hosts. Easy communication with our host & staff before, during & after was completely stress free. We hope to return again & again.

Beautiful condo, great location!
We had a really great time at this condo. The location is perfect--just across the street from some great restaurants and shopping! The pool was a hit with the kids, it was warm and the kids loved the waterfall feature. The condo itself was large, clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing lanai with a fantastic view. We definitely will be back!

Perfect Luxury Condo
This property outshined our expectations on every level. The luxury finishes, to the high-end kitchen appliances, to the room we all had to stretch out and unwind. Each bedroom with its own TV was awesome for the kids. The HUGE outdoor lanai with built-in grill and beverage fridge was amazing for dining and enjoying sunsets. The beds were all very comfy too! The huge master bathroom with soaking tub was so awesome. The kids favorite part was the pool, with two hot tubs and a really cool water fall. Ho'olei is an amazing place that we can not wait to come back to. Mahalo to the amazing management team who helped us out and took care of us!

Wonderful Condo!
We came to Maui for a work event and extended our trip in Wailea. I couldn’t have asked for anything more with this rental. Check in was super easy. Daisy texted us after arriving and met us at the condo. The views were absolutely AMAZING. The kitchen came stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil you could imagine. They also provided beach chairs for 6 people and umbrellas which was a game changer considering we were driving to different beaches and exploring every day. Overall this rental was the nicest place I have ever stayed at. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
