The Maui Escape is located with views of the upper pool and the spectacular surroundings. The villa's location is the perfect combination of being close enough to view the pool but far enough for privacy. At night the ambiance from the lanai is breathtaking with incredible landscape lighting and tiki-torches scattered throughout the myriad of walking paths around the pool and spa area.

The Wailea Beach Villas nest in a sea of colorful plumerias and hibiscus, cascading waterfalls, two inviting pools, and beautiful tropical paths that lead to Wailea Beach and Hawaii's most incredible oceanfront boardwalk.

The Wailea Beach Villas is an oceanfront resort situated on 11 unparalleled and beautiful acres of lush, tropical landscaping while nestled between the Grand Wailea to the south, the Marriott Resort to the north, the 'Shops at Wailea' (which is considered to be the finest and most exclusive shopping location on the islands) to the east, and of course the world renowned Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The Maui Escape, also known as Penthouse 110, is simply located in one of the best places on earth!

Take a short stroll and visit some of the many world class restaurants at some of the nearby resorts. Also visit one of the many fine restaurants at The Shops of Wailea such as Tommy Bahama's Tropical Café, Longhi's, Ruth's Chris Steak House or the Pint & Cork.

Our 2.5 bedroom, two bathroom luxurious unit, with more than 2,200 square feet of well-planned living space that includes over 280 square feet of lanai, offers an array of unique appointments such as custom wood shutters, granite and hard wood finishes, beautiful art, elegant bath and bed linens, and honed marble floors with well-chosen decorative carpets.

The Living Room has a Samsung HD 65" Flat Screen Television with a DVD/CD player and multiple movies to choose from. Each bedroom has a 60" Samsung HD Flat Screen TV as well.

The dining room includes a beautiful glass top wood root-based table with easy access to the kitchen and lanai.

We have a beautiful cherry wood queen size Murphy bed in den that serves as a third bedroom. The room includes 6 louvered sliding doors for privacy or for an open study area.

A Cordon Bleu chef would be delighted with the accoutrements provided in the well-equipped kitchen…a Gaggenau range top, two Sub-Zero refrigerators complete with beverage and freezer drawers, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, and a Viking gas grill on the lanai just to name a few. A shopping service is also available by request.

Complete with security personnel, this gated vacation paradise also offers two outdoor whirlpool spas and a fitness center with locker rooms and showers. With 'aloha' spirit the friendly staff provides towels, beach umbrellas, and lounge chairs at pool or on the beach.

Assistance or any personal needs can be directed to your concierge in any of the following venues -sightseeing tours, including helicopter and private boat charter; golf tee-times; sailing, scuba diving, kayaking and snorkeling excursions; in-house massage; baby sitting services; dinner reservations; a family photographer to record your memories and so much more. Wonderful condo
The condo was perfect for our 5 adults plus a 2 year old. It is very close to the family pool and Shops at Wailea. Easy access to the beach. The condo has everything you could need in the kitchen. Beds are super comfy. Towels are provided at the pools and the beach. There is a great coffee/snack place right outside beach gate. We would definitely stay here again.you can have groceries and or boogie boards delivered to the condo.

Amazing villa in the perfect location
We loved this spacious villa. This particular villa is close to the family pool, which is great with kids. Walk to the beach through the beautiful Wailea Beach Villas grounds (be prepared for some stairs to/from). Easy walk to the Shops next door and lots of restaurants in the area to walk or drive to. Perfect location for us.

Elegant and comfortable
It was an amazing stay from the moment we opened the door till we left to head back home. Every room was decorated beautifully and was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The view was lush with palms and birds drinking from the tall Bird of Paradise plants.We enjoyed the pool for adults and the beautiful walk to the beach. And mornings having coffee on the Lanai made our stay just wonderful! Communication was perfect for any suggestions on wonderful places to dine or anything that you need they were always there for us. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!

We typically stay at homes in Maui. This time we did the condo. Truly amazing property. Next to shops, walking distance to many eateries, beach access right there, location of this unit is excellent, close to pool, parking. Had everything we needed and then some. Super comfy beds too. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit. The owners were very helpful and flexible and provided great information on the surrounding area and restaurants. The property is fully staffed with a concierge who helped us with reservations and there are two pools available. The main pool in the beach is adults only so we did not use that but the attendants at the beach were great and will setup chairs and towels for you. This unit also included some sand toys for the kids and had a well stocked kitchen including spices and basic condiments which was helpful. We would highly recommend this unit.

Dream Vacation
We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with amazing amenities in a gated community. The beds we’re comfortable and it was clean. In the morning we went to the beach, where an attendant set up a chair, towel and umbrella. The concierge helped us set up tours and dining experiences and everyone was so nice. There was an adult pool that was peaceful with a huge hot tub. Everything was 1st class. If we go back to Maui, we would stay here again.

Every detail was considered in this villa! Lush towels and bedding; coolers for ever occasion; well equipped kitchen; well stocked staples. From the lanai you can see a sliver of the pacemaker but the location of this villa is perfect! Quiet yet close to The Shops at Wailea, the gym and the family pool. Walking to the beach was a bit but soooo worth it! The beach attendants take such great care of guests.

Really Amazing!
I am almost reluctant to submit a review for fear this hidden gem will become discovered. Everything about the property and its surroundings were perfect. The check in was super easy and a concierge met us at the unit to show us everything and offer advice on how best to enjoy our stay. There are two main pool areas, one for family/kids and one close to the beach for adults where you can sit by the pool and watch whale's swim by. Leave the back gate, take a left and you are at the Four Seasons where White Lotus was filmed, and where the rooms cost more than our 2 1/2 bedroom, high end appointed condo. Really quite impressive!

Amazing Condo & Location in Wailea!
We vacationed in a beautiful penthouse condo that had all the comforts of home. It is adjacent to the Grand Wailea and the beach and services available were outstanding. It is conveniently located across the street from the Shops at Wailea. The check in process was quick and easy. Our hosts, Eric and Camille could not have been any nicer checked in with us right away to make sure everything everything was perfect and it absolutely was perfect, clean, well stocked and beautifully appointed. It was fun to sit at the pool and watch the whales in the ocean. We had an incredibly great time and will be back again!

Paradise in Wailea
This property far exceeded my expectations in every category. It was perfect for our family of six that included my parents two kids and husband. We dined in and dined out. The pools and grounds are pristine. The beach was our favorite great waves for bodyboarding and SUP. Views of whales sunsets and the walk along the water a great path to jog every morning. Could not have asked for more.

Beautiful and Serene Escape
This is an amazing find. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived and provided the prefect amount of space for my husband and myself, our two toddlers, and my parents-in-law. The village of Wailea offers a quiet, more relaxed ambiance than some of the others in Maui. Conveniently walkable to shops and restaurants as well as the beach, this villa is a prize. It is fully stocked with most everything you could need. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and thoroughly answered all questions we had. They had great suggestions on where to shop and how to entertain our party. I highly recommend this stay and will likely return if we visit Maui again in the future.

First of all the Wailea Beach Villas is a fantastic property. The location is perfect, the grounds are beautiful the staff is first rate you feel like you are at a resort. The pool at the beach is beautiful and the access to the beach and beach service (chairs, umbrellas and towels) is amazing. Our stay at our unit couldn't be better. Communication leading up to and during was great! They did everything to ensure our trip was worry free. the unit itself was clean and well appointed - comfortable beds, sheets, plenty of towels. Living and dining room were great. Plenty of places to sit and very comfortable. The unit is very spacious. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. Everything you need was there. The proximity to the Wailea Shopping Center and a market is so easy and accessible. Very convenient. This is for information, not a complaint. The unit is toward the back of the property so it is a couple minute walk to the beach. but the grounds are beautiful so it isn't a big deal. But it is close to the family pool and the great workout room. We had no complaints!!!!
