I made a reservation and upon check in the room was flooded with water from the leaking sinks, asked for the room to be changed but the receptionist on that day her name is Peninah said that was the best.
The following day instead of your staffs compesenting me they said the room they gave was what I booked for and that all the cheap rooms are in that state. Is that what you sell to your clients? Flooded rooms?
I had to pay 10USD Extra for single occupancy for a decent room. That's being reaped off you don't offer what you sale.
No receipts, reservation check in paper or any documents presented to a client.
Very unprofessional and as a client that paid for better and expects value for money, It's only fair to be compesented

Not many clients right now and the plants are a little overgrown and the pool was stagnant, but the rooms were nice and the food was good.
