Perfect fully stocked OBX family vacation home in a private cul-de-sac located at Kill Devil Hills 6th milepost within walking distance to the beach.

House has everything you need! Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags

Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including:

Absolutely loved this property!
We loved our stay here. Not only was it conveniently located it literally had so many things stocked for their guest I’ve not had at other places. It was dog friendly and I was in awe they even equipped the rental with items for our pup! If you’re looking for a cute, quiet, clean place…look no further! Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to stay!

Very nice mid-size beach house.
Our family of five really enjoyed our weekend at the Outer Banks staying at this home. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with essentials, cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils. All appliances worked as expected, although we did not find the single-serve Keurig that was pictured in the kitchen. The hot tub was cleaned during our stay and worked well. This is a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. It is technically walkable to a public beach access, but you would need to cross a five-lane highway at a marked a crosswalk. We drove and parked in one of about five public parking spaces at the nearest access point. The house is centrally located to all activities and restaurants in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head, with a 30-minute drive to Manteo or Corolla (or a little longer at a busy time). Good communication with the property manager and easy check-in. Overall, this is a great rental, especially if you don't need a huge house and aren't motivated to stay right on the beachfront. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Great Vacation!
Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Basically walk out the door and a short walk to one end of the road is the bay and the other end is the public access to the beach! Appreciated having the beach chairs and bikes available for use. House is clean and as described - very comfortable hanging out inside on rainy days. The owners were really easy to communicate with and very friendly. The neighborhood was nice and liked that there was a traffic light at the intersection with the highway (made life easier when needing to drive anywhere).

Pet-friendly stay near the beach
The location was really good for us. I was able to do my runs along the sound side path and we could walk to Target or the beach if we wanted. It's easy to drive to places going north or south. Very close to Wrights Bros Memorial and Jockey's Ridge. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was very nice having everything provided (including linens) when so many other places charge extra for that. We loved bringing our pup along and we did get to enjoy the hot tub. It was a good size for 4 adults and 2 small kids. Games to choose from and tvs in every room were nice pluses.

Great getaway with our pups!
Love that our big dogs were welcome! The hot tub was a great way to spend the evenings. Interior design was lovely. Conveniently located near beach, stores, and restaurants. We look forward to coming back!

Just visited this past week and the weather was not the best but being able to chill out in the hot tub made up for it. Also very dog friendly. Centrally located near restaurants and other activities. Bryan the host was very helpful in answering any questions.

Rent This Adorable Beach House
We booked this house last minute and we are so glad we did. It was the perfect size for a family of four and our two Labrador Retrievers. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. It was also nicely furnished. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Bryan was super helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped with essentials. Hot tub was clean, the neighbors here are also very nice and welcoming. The downstairs washer room has everything you need for beach life. Would stay again for sure. Every room has its own TV that you can use Air play for or steaming services, internet also was high speed if you are working from the location.

This property was very clean and in a great location, close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. House has everything you need and more. Also a big plus that we were able to bring our fur babies! Definitely recommend staying here.
