Bad spots on ceilings and odd smell in room but loved 8cean access and comfy beds

The rooms had a great view and were very spacious. We had the two bedroom unit on the end. Staff was excellent. This is definitely an old hotel that can only take so many coats of paint. Overall room was clean but carpets were pretty bad. Stains all over. Stains from people spraying their feet with sun screen on the rug. Tells you the type of clientele that stays here if people are doing that in the room. So there also isn’t any maid service which we don’t really need but thought was odd for a “resort”. You can bring your towels to front desk and get new ones if you want. There’s one ice machine for the whole place and it was broke so that may be an inconvenience if you don’t have a full refrigerator in your room. For the money it was decent place to stay with kids and rooms worked out well. Also they have a supper early checkout at 10am and late check in at 5pm. They were waiting at our door at 10am to clean but yet we couldn’t get the room earlier than 5 check in day.

Little up keep needed... staff was fantastic 👏

Walls needed painted, carpet was stained, the blinds were broke, and the beds were not very comfortable. Everything mentioned could have been better but definitely not anything keeping us from staying again!

The staff was amazing makes you feel welcomed. Demetrix went about and beyond with his customer service even remember the kids and I from previous visits

Well, on the down side. The balcony door doesn’t lock. The carpet is dirty and worn out. The elevator call button was out of service the four days we was there and we had to use stairs. No USB charging available. The positives would be that the TV and cable service was modern. Comfortable beds. Hot showers with good water pressure. Air conditioning works.
