Worst stay in over a decade. It started bad when they couldn’t find our reservation. Then they found it but our room was not ready. At 16:30. They found another room. That will eventually showed a temperature of 25C because the heater stayed on. According to cleanjng lady, who was bringing back a box of tissue (ours only had two!) it was a known issue. When we contacted the reception at 22:30, the lady said she was going to turn it off from reception(!) even when explained from the room service that it was a known issue… She said to wait 30 min to see improvement. At 22:55 I went directly at reception to see her flying because her shift was finishing and she had no time to take care of the issue! Thank god the night watcher was better: he found another room for us to move in, at 23:30. Short night. There was no internet what so over during all the stay. Very inconvenient in 2024. Other oddity; we had to book our included-breakfast. Apparently to make sure there is enough room for everyone, « Sorry-I-am-on holiday-and-don’t-know-what-time-I-will-wake-up » does not work for them. We had to book, put our alarm, (yes, on holiday!) to discover that we were only two couples in the whole room! Finally, on arrival they asked to see an id, but in fact they will go and photocopy it without your authorization. Last time I saw this procedure was 10 years ago, in a country that you needed visa. So, don’t bother.
