Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsMy family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were very friendly, the room itself was disappointing.
From the moment we entered, there was a strong smell of wet dog and smoke, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The floors were dirty and stained, and the restroom had holes in the wall, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The room was also uncomfortably hot, which made it difficult to relax.
To make matters worse, we discovered roaches in the room, which was unacceptable. I expected a much cleaner space, especially considering how deceiving the pictures online were.
While the staff were great, the room’s condition was a dealbreaker for me. Hopefully, management will address these issues moving forward.

The location is very convenient and close to restaurants and central to all main roads. The staff were friendly and breakfast was filling. Coffee in the lobby was much appreciated!

Amazing staff, I had no issues. Everyone was so polite and professional. The hotel was clean and met all of our expectations. I will definitely recomend this location.

Some of the staff was not very friendly. The pool was only 3ft deep so kiddos weren’t happy..room service did not clean our room except one time..breakfast was awful!!!
