My stay at Motel 6 was not good at all! I checked in at 7am and then at about 10:30am, I was awakened by some very hard knocks on my door. Still not completely up, I heard the same knocks again so I got dressed to answer the door and the Manager is standing in front of me saying that he smells smoke from my room! I opened the door even wider and asked if he wanted to come in to see if there was smoke and he declined as he tried looking into the bathroom! What just happened and why? Not only was I upset by someone pounding on my door, I was even more pissed that he never apologized to us on wrongly accusing us of having smoke in our room! I have been traveling around the world for 64 years and never had I ever experienced such rudeness on that level. Every time I think of this experience, I get upset! How is a Manager with such rudeness able to run a Hotel like this? I want to take this complaint up as far as I can go because no one deserves to be treated like this! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Don’t typically stay at a Motel 6, however this Killeen Texas group was on top of it. Thank you!

We complained about Tv and they won't rent to us. So sad loved stay at motel 6. Wrll never again.
