It was clean staff is pleasant, property seems to be fairly recently remodeled yet it also seems a bit run down wallpaper peeling off the walls in the hallways vending machines that don't work ice machines that don't work the room that I was in was supposed to have two televisions it only had one in the bed seem to be broken on one side

Everything was ok, but need some updates. Bigger Television smart options. More towels and rags without constantly having to call desk.

I come here often for staycations. Shilo staff are always very warm, welcoming, and friendly. The rooms are always clean and provide for me a very restful and peaceful stay.

We picked this hotel because of the convenience of having the restaurant attached. When we got there the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. Room looked older and carpet was stained. We were traveling with dogs and they did not make us feel very welcome at all. I would not stay here again. The area around the hotel was nice however.

Everything was fine but some cons were that I received no housekeeping services my entire stay. Additionally, there were some broken items in my room (Vanity chair & vanity mirror)
