10/10 stay !! would definitely recommend staying w them :) they were very considerate being I was in a car accident and the home was veryyy nice & clean !! Most definitely would stay again 😊

Hot ASS MESS LITERALLY!!!!! Do Not Rent!!!!!
Publié le 23 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThey were so happy when I spent $1,149 and tried to persuade me to rent through her private company which is bogus she wanted to charge me an arm an leg with hidden fees and since I asked for a Notary she got haywire tried to evict me unlawfully and then smothered me the home with the heat set to 85degrees keep in mind illegally turned off water and power and since it wasn’t in her favor when law enforcement arrived they still are trying to SMOTHER ME AND MY FAMILY
I HAVENT EVEN HAD CONTACT SINCE SHE TRIED TO UPROOT US AT 12am this all a get rich quick scheme for her and her husband again
DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, this "guest" was criminally trespassing past May 20th: cars, people, pets came and went all hours of the night from May 21 to June 13, 2023. Three was the amount of people she booked. Eviction Court Date was June 7, 2023. She and guests didn't show up to court which ordered her to leave that day; she did not leave until June 13, when the day before I gave the court the email she used in vrbo; and now One of her guests is in jail and she won't communicate with nor can be found by constable or others seeking to find her. Items were taken from my property, smoked in my home, wooden furniture damaged and a long list of damages given to the court, including days to clean until I could bnb the property again. I have learned many lessons from this: not be off platform, another's payment should not be accepted (that person also has not been found by constable), and Lord is watching all of this play out. God help us all! Amen

Rental near Fort Hood
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe visited our son who’s stationed at Fort Hood. A day prior to it, we received the instructions on how to access the house. The house was clean and comfortable. I was happy to see that the kitchen has all the basic wares to cook a meal. There were also basic cooking and hygienic supplies to use. Neighboorhood was quiet. Gail checked and responded to us quickly when we emailed her. I am glad we stayed in their property. Thank you, Gail and Leslie!

Great spacious place to stay
Publié le 2 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed there for the Christmas holiday and was pleased with the house. The owner was very nice and accommodating. There were minor issues such as outdated and missing decor and the microwave kept tripping the breaker box. There are 2 TVs in the house (LR & MBR) I think it would be a plus to add at least one more in the queen room (where my grown son slept)... overall...We loved the peaceful location

Other Guests were allowed however if they slept over I was not made aware that would happen. We are looking into the microwave issue as it has always worked in the past. The decor is simple and the desk lamp is nostalgic. The master suite bathroom does not accommodate nor did I claim that it would. We are very happy for your stay and wish you a blessed New Year and forever.
