⭐Ski-On/Ski-Off COZY BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN CONDO 2-Bed/2-Bath with Fireplace

This beautiful remodeled condo is in the heart of Sunrise at Bear Mountain. The designer kitchen has heated porcelain tile floor, featuring granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The main focal point in the living room is a massive stacked stone fireplace with a smart flat screen Hi-Definition 50" TV on the mantel. The two bathrooms also feature heated porcelain tile floors and stand alone vanity sinks. Recently both baths got new tile enclosures & rain shower heads. The guest bath features a air jetted/jacuzzi tub. Brand new luxury carpet with ultra-padding; hotel luxury towels; nothing has been overlooked to make this ski on/ski off property a special vacation place. This condo is truly set apart from others in the area.
Located within the heart of the Sunrise Community at Bear Mountain in Killington, this is a TRUE ski on/ski off location. Simply walk out the door, across the parking lot (30 second walk) and you’re at the Sunrise ski trail which takes you to the Sunrise lift. Enjoy unlimited access to the Sunrise Health Club with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna and fitness center. During the winter, enjoy snowmobiling, ski on/ski off access, ice skating, cross country skiing and snow shoeing right outside your door. Enjoy the Sunrise CafĂ© during winter months. During the summer, enjoy the beautifully maintained tennis courts located within the Sunrise community, hiking, mountain biking, two premier golf courses and much, much more

I own the adjoining unit so if you want to vacation with another family you will be next to each other but have your own separate space. The other unit if available is #1847126 which you can enter into the VRBO search bar. Or you can email me to see if it is available.

Please note the ski on - ski off trail/lift typically opens around the New Year plus or minus a week thru the 1st weekend in April. Since it is weather dependent NO refunds will be given if it is not open. Over the years I have seen the lift open as early as the Friday before Christmas & as late as MLK weekend. Again NO refunds will be given if the lift is closed & you will need to drive to an open base lodge.


Club House Hours:
Winter Season - The Saturday before Thanksgiving thru Mid April. Hours 9AM-9PM 7days per week. The outdoor hot tub is open but the outdoor pool is closed

Summer Season - Open from Memorial Day thru Columbus Day weekend (weather dependent). Hours 7:30AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri. Only the gym & workout area is open during the summer plus the outdoor pools

The Clubhouse is a 2 min drive down the road with a indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness areas & lockers.

Additionally after Bear Mountain opens Killington runs a shuttle service to all the base lodges from the Sunrise Clubhouse - 2 min ride from the condo

Fantastic ski weekend

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Killington and the condo was perfect. Incredibly clean and cozy, the location was ideal and the space was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teen boys). We had plenty of snow, and it was great to build a fire in the fireplace at the end of the day. Rec center was great too! Outdoor hot tub was a big hit and the Cafe was great for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Pros: Clean place in a great location! The Sunrise lift was open so it made access to Killington mountain so easy! The unit was clean, and there was a bottle of wine on the counter upon our arrival! The owner seemed very friendly and was available for communication prior to arriving. The living room with the fireplace was so relaxing and a great place to hang out after the slopes. The kitchen seemed stocked if you chose to cook there. We utilized the clubhouse hot tubs, sauna, and pool as well. Cons: Our check-in was not the best. My email and the letter received in the VRBO app gave me 2 different unit numbers.So we didn't know which one was ours. Luckily they were right next to each other, so we figured it out, But we couldn't check in at 3:00 because the cleaning people were still in our unit until about 3:20. During our stay, we could not call out on our phones (although our cell phones said we could make an emergency call.) There is a list of phone numbers and a phone number for the unit, but there was no landline phone either even though it says it in a couple different places. Finally, I would recommend having tissues available in the bathrooms.Overall though, I would stay here again; the cons didn't affect our stay too much. We still had a great time and felt safe and comfortable. I bet it's a great spot in the summer too!cook there.

Perfect ski getaway

This condo was perfect for my family of four! It was stocked with everything you could need and the home owner was very hospitable and attentive. The ski on/off feature made the whole experience so convenient. The indoor pool/hot tub and gym down the street were nice perks. I would highly recommend this condo!

Family ski trip

We do an annual family ski trip to Killington. This place was perfect for us. We have three teenagers and the ski in ski out was ideal. We loved the fire place in the evenings while we watch movies. Perfectly cozy and had everything we needed. Very clean and great communication. Would love to stay here again!

Cozy home, great location
everything you need

My husband and I with our 3 kids stayed a week at Jim’s condo
location for ski in and out was perfect! Lots of room in the condo and the beds we’re comfortable and super cozy! Kitchen had everything you needed along with lots of sizes of dishes when cooking. Wood fire place with lots of wood outside just made the evening so relaxing. Jim was amazing to deal with and when we make it back to Killington, we would definitely would stay here again. Thanks for the amazing family vacation!! Cheers until we return to Killington! Hope we can get another 2’ of fresh powder when we come again!

Great condo in Killington

Condo is very well set up, and location is excellent - great ski in/ski out property. Jim does a great job communicating and trying to make everything great for his guests. Check in is a breeze using an electronic lock that is coded specifically for the guest, and thermostat is set to 68 remotely, so you don’t arrive to a freezing property! The condo is very well stocked, with tons of plates, glasses, and silverware. There’s ton’s of wood for the giant fireplace, as well as all the things you need to light it. Jim even provides small soap/shampoo/conditioners like in hotel. Bathrooms and fireplace have clearly been remodeled recently, as have kitchen appliances and counters. Bedding can sleep up to 9 people, but given the size of the condo I wouldn’t go past 6. I would absolutely rent this condo again, and would recommend it.

Perfect stay on Bear Mountain!

This host has thought of everything. The listing describes everything we enjoyed very accurately. Lots of additional thoughtful touches throughout, eg firestarter and logs, WiFi password posted in numerous places throughout, carbon monoxide detectors in every room (this is a rare find, and we appreciated it!), coffeemaker w pods, popcorn, wine, and the host was very accessible and responsive to questions throughout our stay. The fireplace and stone wall are amazing and so serene. The only reason we won’t return anytime soon is that it’s booked solid for the next 3 months. Loved it so much, we tried the book a return as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend.
