Everything was broken on the property

No pool no jacuzzi no fireplace one of two elevators were broken. No basketball room. Horrible

Dated n Dirty w/ poor communication

I rented this unit for one main reason:. It has a wood burning fireplace. When I made the reservation under the special request section, I asked for extra kindling wood. I never received a reply. However, upon my arrival, the fireplace was sealed with a giant sticker saying that by ordinance of law fireplaces in the whole building had been shut down. (Something about smoke not flowing out properly, lack of maintenance which is a rampant issue in this building). We only rent units with wood burning fireplaces when we travel to Snow destinations, obviously for the warmth and of course for the ambience. Ambience. If someone would have actually read my request for extra kindlingwood, perhaps they could have called me and informed me that the fireplace was not available and offered me alternative options or a refund. That didn't happen. Besides all of this, the unit is dated, the bed is rock hard, and the temperature inside the unit can be difficult to control at times. Times. Beyond that, there was major construction happening in the unit directly above me. As such. From a noise factor it was unacceptable. Vacasa who manages this company has an office on site, however, I never saw a representative in there during normal business hours. I'd love to talk to somebody from that company about this. The review may be modified based on the outcome of a conversation with them. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend to a friend. Even the safety certificates in the elevator were expired.

Comfortable and convenient

A wood burning fireplace with an unlimited supply of wood! The wood was quite wet though so we needed kindling and/or firestarter. Quite cozy for two perhaps a little tight for four people. Clean and everything functioned well yet could use a little updating - bleached spots on carpet, door knob kept falling off.

This place was deceptive advertising. Upon arrival it smelled horrible like smoke. Very dirty.

We never stayed. Left after 15 mins it smelled so bad. We went elsewhere. I wouldn't ever have stayed. Place was gross, smelly and very dirty. Flies in the bathroom. Bait and switch advertising. We want a refund . answer our email back.

Perfect stay for a small group

We had three guests in this unit and we made it work. Really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Green and this particular unit. Sliding door needs to be fixed.

Not the Mountain Green Resort it used to be

It used to be a nice condo resort operated by one management company. Now it is managed by different companies which means that nobody takes responsibility. There is no reception anymore, so when we didn't get an email with the code, I was running around trying to find somebody who could tell me how to enter the room (apparently, that email got into spam - this must be written on the selling website on the first row saying "no keys! no reception! you'll receive the entrance code! always check your spam folder!"). Cost reduction is the spirit of the resort now: they don't do house keeping or even change towels like in the past; I was able to get our condo's management company on the phone and they promised to bring some shampoo - but no, they didn't do it; massage is listed not just on the printed menu of services in the health club but on the wall sign - and apparently, they don't do massages anymore. Another wall signs reminding about quiet hours and security monitoring hallways after 10pm are like jokes: nobody showed up ever and every night we had to 'enjoy' drunk parties the next door until they couldn't drink any longer at dawn. While the condo itself is good enough, location is great, and pool/steam/sauna/hot tub/restaurant are fine, Mountain Green resort degraded and I won't recommend it to my friends. I will not stay there again ever.

Great place very close to the ski hill

Great place. Cosy with the fire place. Old style but very clean. Very close to the ski hill. You can also use the shuttle to go skiing.
