The door was locked and jammed. Lucky we got in after unanswered calls and having to force it open.

Hi Arthur! We just want to inform that an immediate response has been taken when you have called to inform that you've locked yourselves out. Our Housekeeping Manager went up to your unit to help you access the property. We found that breaking the door wasn't necessary. We'd like to thank you once again for staying with us. A bit outdated

The Spa was great! The pool and gym area were clean and well equipped. We stayed at unit 43. It was clean and well kept but a bit outdated. The radiator would make loud clinging noises in the middle of the night that interrupted our sleep. Otherwise, it was roomy for a family of 5.
