We are sorry to learn that your stay was not as expected, Our policy do not allow breaking of Kenya law in our property, our manager was not happy with your groups disorderly behavior, he did not tolerate your group smoking bhang in our premises especially in public area while shouting because it is not allowed by the law, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations
