Publié le 16 févr. 2020 sur HotelsCheck out time = 10h00 the Sunday morning, but the manager and his wife was already infront of our room at 9 which made us feel very uncomfortable!

Dear Rayno, we apologize if we made you feel uncomfortable, however it was not done on purpose, we were most likely assisting other guests with their departure. That being said, I have tried to find the details of the reservation on our system and on Nightsbridge and are unable to determine the date or the the room number. Most Sundays at 09:00 my wife and I are in church and our staff assist the guests who are departing.

Publié le 20 oct. 2019 sur HotelsWe were met by a person who were talking ons her phone and never communicated with us about anything except to direct us to complete a visitors book. We got the impression the cereals and jams are old. No yoghurt or bread as listed on their brochure.

Great Guesthouse
