Secluded luxury cabin minutes from Salt Fork

This beautiful cabin was built in 2014 and the craftsmanship is unbelievable! Beautiful full plank hardwood floors, granite counter tops and window sills, stainless everything, and 5.5 acres to roam and do as you please. Build a fire, walk the trail through the woods, or just drive 5 min down the road to Salt Fork State Park and enjoy fishing, boating, golfing and more! This cabin has a loft with a queen size bed and the pull out couch in the LR allows room for two more guests to sleep.

Love Wooly Bear Cabin
This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Although southeastern Ohio was in the midst of a heat wave, we rode bikes early in the morning, visited Salt Fork, Mosser Glass, The Underground Railroad Museum (outstanding, can't wait for their new location), John and Annie Glen home, Zane Gray and National Road Museums. Enjoyed the porch after the sun went down and in the early morning. Joe and family ALWAYS take great care of their visitors and we will visit again.

Great place!
Overall we enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay there again! The cabin offered seclusion and privacy. Had an issue with the tv but the owner replied back very quickly and I was able to fix the problem.

Perfect relaxation
Had a great time unwinding in a cozy little cabin in a serenely quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen that came stocked with goodies for our stay, a very helpful property owner who was there to help with any issues and was extremely friendly, and the bed in the loft was one of the comfiest places I’ve slept in a long time. Had an amazing time and will definitely be making plans to stay here again.

The home is just perfect! Very clean and very nicely decorated. Everything that you would ever need while staying there was available. The area was very quiet. He even had wood for a fire. He even had beverages in the fridge. I definitely would recommend staying here!!!

Great Option
It's a really nice property. It's very spacious for just two people, but could be a little crowded for four. It rained one morning a bit, but was completely dry on a nice size covered porch with chairs & swings. It's in a very scenic location, virtually zero light pollution. Great, and quick communication with the property owners. It has a nice looking firepit, that we unfortunatley didn't get around to using.

My wife and I spent a full week in this cabin and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and you could tell that it was a relatively new cabin. The floor plan was well thought out and the owner was VERY prompt with any communication.

Exceptional Property with Great Host
The property was a super relaxing in-the-country getaway. The cabin was very clean and homey, and the host left a nice note and all kinds of snacks and drinks. We relaxed around a campfire both nights, and drinking coffee on a crisp Saturday morning on the deck drained all my stress away. The cabin was very close to Salt Fork State Park where we hiked (a lot!!!), mined for gems, played mini-golf, and went to the beach!
