I like the room , the only thing is you need to put a rubber mat in the shower so you don’t slip for old people.

It needs sprucing up a bit. Also no breakfast is offered, not even a Continental breakfast.

The advertising we saw for Inn at Coushatta, showed it included breakfast. Not until we got there and checked in, we were informed that there was no breakfast. The bathtub was very slippery and we had to go down and ask for a rubber mat. We were informed that they threw them out, but one of the employees said they knew where one was. The was on place for all the towels and they stacked them around the bathroom sink. To use the space. We had to take all the towels and put them on the desk in the room. Not coming back. Will let all our friends know how bad this hotel has become.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced here at The Inn @ Coushatta. I have checked the web page stating we still provide breakfast and it states no breakfast. Regarding the placement of towels, I will reach out to maintenance to come up with a solution. Thank you for your respsone.
