"This stay with Khalid and his team was one of the best experiences in terms of service provided. Khalid was quick to respond, understanding, and incredibly kind. Him along with the property manager were very attentive and flexible which made our stressful day much easier. 10/10 would recommend and would love to come back. The space itself was very large and open which was perfect for our family to get together. Looking forward to come again soon! "

A few updates in house would be nice Microwave was chipped and also a leak in bottom of main floor bthrm …, also bottom cupboard was off the hinge .. and pots and pans need to be replaced .., Overall house was very spacious and comfortable ! He also made sure to keep in touch to make sure that we had a smooth check in & that everything was in place in case we needed anything. "The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
