Love the fact room had big screen smart TV in it but thats after hour 45 minutes just to get checked in. Then charged $30 a night for my ESA animal. When we went through Expedia and paid through Expedia. Then put us in a room with a queen bed, when we paid for king. They finally got us in the right room. The beds are hard as a rock. Wake up every morning hardly being able to get out of bed, hurting that bad. They have the whole 3rd floor under Construction so they was slamming doors at 430am. They said they dont have smoking room's but yet have signs upfront saying " smoking in Non smoking room fee $250"??? Makes no sense. Also i went up front and told them the first night we was there that the trash outside where people are smoking is overflowing and 4 days later the trash was in the same way but by then people had started sitting trash beside the trash can. Just a little heads up, other than that it was fine.

The property is now transiting as a Baymont property and working hard to complete it as soon as possible. Our goal is to make our guests comfortable and provide a restful stay.
