The receptionist was very accomodating. She was polite and kind. We need more people like her in this world.

Where was the hot water

Room was updated, good sized and clean. Appreciated the larger sized fridge. Staff was super helpful and gracious. The area was by a truck stop/truck parking, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Friendly staff check us in, one of the keys didn't work, the room smelled pretty strongly of cigarettes, and there was a hair on the toilet seat when we came in, overall felt clean otherwise.

Could have been much better.
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HotelsI checked in around 10:30pm. I had no hot water. Took a cold shower and notified the front desk. Told her that it would be fine as long as it was fixed before I left the following morning. When I woke up, still no hot water. I was offered the option to go shower in a different room but I had neither the time nor the desire to change rooms just long enough to shower. Also, my room didn't have a microwave or mini fridge. This location is a Motel since all of the units are accessible directly from the outside.
