Great cabin - just a few quirks to make it a perfect stay
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was great, very spacious and a well stocked kitchen with different tools. We appreciated it being clean and there was even firewood! Also instructions and supplies to balance the hot tub PH and such was great.
Just a heads up that there weren’t all that many towels, so you might want to bring your own. Also the instruction for when you get there were wrong - said it was on the right when it’s on the left. When we arrived one of the doors to the bedrooms as locked. We managed to get the door open with a Bobby pin, but it was a bit concerning at fist that there wouldn’t be enough beds. Other than that no complaints, it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it for groups who want to enjoy the area!

Was beautiful and quiet. Perfect for a gathering. BUT hot tub overheated once and was 111 (WAY too hot to get into), and it kept tripping the breaker so had to keep resetting it. Also departing conditions says to put trash in dumpster. Couldn’t find a dumpster anywhere on the property or road, ended up having to bring it home in a car.
But over all was a great place to stay. May go back again with family. Was beautiful and just want 6 mommas needed for a Mother’s Day weekend get away.

Great Property, Check-In Was Frustrating
Publié le 13 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayReally loved this property a lot. It looked just like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was great. I'm taking away 1 star because the door code we received in the email was incorrect. No one in our party of 6 had cell reception and calls weren't going through to the property manager once we connected to WiFi from outside the house either. We had to drive a couple miles back down the road to contact the property manager and receive the correct door code.
Other than that, everything else was great! We cooked dinner on the grill, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels & bedding for our party of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here, just verify the door code before you go.

Apologies for the door code issue, it was a technical glitch with our Yale automated system. We've since addressed this. Glad you enjoyed our cabin!

Peaceful Stay in the Mountains of Western Maine

The host, Nick, created a welcoming, clean, and refreshing space that felt like a breath of fresh air. This is a place that will draw you back to see what the other seasons of the year have to offer.

Even better than last time
