We checked in and there was only one wash cloth
And were told they were out, there were bugs in the room and a lot of kids running up and down the halls until midnight. We originally were gonna spend three nights but decided to leave after one so when we went to the office to see about getting reimbursed for two nights we were told the y needed a 24 hour notice I explained that we were not even there for 24 hours so we only reimbursed for one night. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this location, on this trip I stayed at Days inn in Oceanside Ca. Lake Havasu Az and both of those locations were top notch can’t say enough good things about them,
The location at Kingman West obviously needs new management

Not the best place I’ve stayed

Breakfast is minimal with coffee and muffins only. No laundry and a pool that needs maintenance and cleaning.

Roaches in the bathroom

The room seemed clean and in decent shape. We just needed to spend the night. And it worked just fine for us. The parking lot also looked safe. You can't beat it for the price.
