The entry-level of the home contains two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with a new pillowtop Queen Bed, a large closet and a mini library. Continue to the end of the hallway for the spacious master bedroom with a new King Bed and access to a private deck. Nestled between the two rooms sits a full-sized bathroom featuring a large, double-sink vanity area and a separate toilet and combo tub/shower room.
The main level features new flooring in the galley-style kitchen which includes an electric stove, dishwasher and newer refrigerator. The new flooring continues into the living and dining areas creating a coherent flow. The round dining room table seats 4-6 people plus 4 wooden stools at the open breakfast bar creating room for up to 10 people. A wood-burning, stone fireplace can be found in the far corner of the living area next to the mounted flat-screen TV made for streaming, as well as a DVD player. Enjoy it all from the meticulously maintained low profile and inviting, 3-piece living room set.
Head out the sliding glass door onto the private deck to take a breath of fresh air or cook a delicious meal on the electric grill. Return inside and past the kitchen to find the convenient full bathroom with a large mirrored vanity area and a separate, toilet and shower room. Completing this level and tucked away at the end of the hall, lies the third bedroom with a full-sized bed and tall windows for ample natural light. The third level of the condo provides extra room and/or storage space.
The Condo Complex features a gated, heated pool (seasonal), a shallow kiddie pool (not a hot tub), a sauna, basketball and tennis courts in summer plus an exercise facility available year-round. The condo is just 1 mile to the sandy, public beaches of Kings Beach or 5 miles to Northstar California for biking, movies and shopping.
