Great location

We appreciated the location of this property as everything we were looking for was within a 5 minute drive. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and the basics that were not provided. Beds and kitchen appeared to be clean, but there is mold on the walls in the downstairs bathroom and the carpets are filthy. The house desperately needs a deep clean. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush every time. Microwave was cracked and the handle was hanging on by a screw (we were notified by someone that they were working on this). No A/C (or circulating fan) which is fine, but the 3rd floor gets really warm and stays warm. Sliding glass door on the main floor doesn’t lock. Also lacks some basic necessities- we were given only a few half rolls of TP, no extra garbage bags except the one in the can, and 1/3 of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. No kitchen towels or even a sponge to clean anything. We would stay in the area again, but unfortunately not in this house.

Great location but needs updating

We have stayed in this location for many years. 5 minutes to Kings beach- no parking after 8am on weekends 9:30am on weekdays. This condo needs a lot of updating. Lots of things broken. Condo was somewhat clean. A lot was sticky when we got there from some furniture and part of the floor. Trash from the previous guests was found on the floor scattered in various places by the couch. Fridge takes over a day to cool down once we put food in.

Not clean

The place was DIRTY. Carpets were filthy. Didn’t look like any one cleans the corners or under the beds. I think the cleaners tried as the linens were clean, beds made and kitchen ok but come on, CLEAN THE CARPETS. The kitchen was kind of a joke too. 35 coffee cups and 4 glasses. Microwave was cracked. All in all it just felt neglected and rundown. We did like the location and the kids enjoyed the pool but for what we were charged I felt that “they” could do better. Not a good value at all.

Spacious and clean

My family and another family enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the oven was not working. The property manager was easy to get hold of but we didn't get a visit until the day before we left. Probably because we stayed over the new year's weekend. All in all, comfortable and convenient location. Thanks!

The property was ok. There were safety issues. The steps were icy and not kept ice=free. The closet doors were not hung properly and appeared broken. There were not enough towels, wash-cloths, for the number of people in the property. Thjere should have been more soap. One liquid soap per bathroom is not enough. There should be soap in the showers.

Since your departure, we have been in touch with the local manager about the towel count has been increased so that guests have all the comforts needed while staying with us. We have also had all the safety concerns addressed in the home including the closet doors being placed back on tracks. We do hope that we have another chance in the future to better impress you!
