Personnels très agréable mais pour ma part un manque d'hygiène Global.

We must admit we are confused by your review, having asked you multiple times if everything was to your liking during your stay and also again when you telephoned after you checked out, enquiring about lost property. On all occasions you replied that you enjoyed your stay and was happy. We are saddened that you didn't come to us direct as we could have moved you to another room. An ok hotel but in need of a facelift

The hotel is ok but it’s very old fashioned. It needs updating. The people are very friendly but the guest areas and rooms are decorated like something from the 1980s. Our room had a trouser press and one of those old fashioned box hair dryers. Functional but just outdated. The shower was impossible to regulate and was over a bath. Bars of hand soap were provided which again is just a bit old fashioned. The bed was comfortable and there was an easy chair in the room but the curtains weren’t lined so it was daylight from 7am and impossible to not get woken up. The shower also leaked and the bath panel was all bulging from being damp. For £105 a night excluding breakfast it was a bit expensive.
