Personnels très agréable mais pour ma part un manque d'hygiène Global.

Lovely place to stay

Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Close to Kings Lynn centre if you’re looking for some food or shopping. Can’t fault it.
Will definitely stay again.

We must admit we are confused by your review, having asked you multiple times if everything was to your liking during your stay and also again when you telephoned after you checked out, enquiring about lost property. On all occasions you replied that you enjoyed your stay and was happy. We are saddened that you didn't come to us direct as we could have moved you to another room.
