Publié le 31 août 2022 sur HomeAwayA small bathroom towel would be appreciated - on arriving at the property after journey you shouldn’t have to root thru your suitcase to find your towel before using the bathroom! Otherwise everything good.

It was immaculately clean and so comfortable. I normally find different beds uncomfortable but that couldn’t be further from the truth staying here.

Once again a great stay

The owner is always very helpful and communication is definitely not an issue. The property is clean and the description is as you will find it. We would not hesitate to book again

Perfect location
Publié le 1 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwaylovely cottage, looked a bit tired in places. The oil tank in the garden had a strong smell in the heat. It does restrict people from having a bbq in the evening which was a shame.

We are glad you consider Hollyhocks a lovely cottage in a perfect location.
We take great care and pride in Hollyhocks and always ensure it is in good decorative care and order. This season is particularly busy and the Cottage has been let continuously and is subject to normal wear and tear. Repairs and maintenance issues are dealt with as soon as we are notified.
We would point out that oil tanks can be prone to give off a slight smell depending on wind direction and outside temperature. Our tank is serviced and checked frequently and is absolutely safe.

Cosy and very clean

Very impressed with the cleanliness and although nothing did go wrong, there was a full 'back up plan' if it did. The location was very central to all the areas we wanted to visit and only a ten minute drive from several beaches. If we are going to stay in North Norfolk again we would definitely rebook this property.

Extremely cosy cottage and a great base for birdwatching.
Publié le 20 déc. 2017 sur HomeAwayThis was my third stay at Hollyhocks Cottage - as noted above it is an extremely cosy cottage and again proved a perfect base for me to pursue my interest in birdwatching (It is more or less centrally located for getting quickly to Snettisham, Hunstanton, Holme, Titchwell, Holkham and Cley).

Comfortable, cosy cottage, well equipped
Publié le 14 juill. 2017 sur HomeAwayWe had a great week at Hollyhocks cottage. Good location for birdwatching at Titchwell marshes, visiting Sandringham and King's Lynn. Cottage had all we needed, owners were helpful and responded quickly to emails. We would recommend it.
