DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE.

Nice apartment, good location.

I had 2 issues, the first being that the electric heaters did not works and even though i downloaded a manual, they would not come on. It was a bit cold so i used the fan oven with the door open to warm the flat up. Not ideal and not economical. The second issue was the lack of a frying pan.
Bed was very comfy and despite the issues, I would stay here again.

The property itself was good, and its right in the heart of Kings Lynn. It's clear the building was still in some state of finalisation, so finding the apartment when I got in wasn't as straight forward as it could be.
My main issue is with the communication - when I booked I was told I would receive check in instructions on the morning of the check in - I didn't, and in the end didn't receive them until after my check in time and only after I contacted them again. It was Good Friday, so I was concerned, and its really not good enough. They never responded to my request to check out an hour later. And then on the day when I had checked out on time, I was called and accused, not asked, of still being in the apartment, which I wasn't. It was there error, they has me in another apartment.
And as I write I still haven't received my security deposit back, which is not acceptable.
So while the property was nice, I would never recommended booking anything through this company.

The appartment is in a building that is under renovation to Appartment’s and felt like it had been let out too soon. Beware of the unmarked steps down. The appartment was very basic with no mirror to do your hair even though they provided a hairdryer. There is just a rail to hang clothes and no where to hang towels . There is a lift that you can not use and the appartment was up 3 flights of stairs . We reported that the area past the door with 2 unmarked steps was in darkness and this was sorted but the steps down are dangerous as no warning straight after the door opens . Very basic for the price we paid . Location was good with parking in public car park £4 for 5pm until 10am the next day
