Hotel caught on fire last night of stay , i was not compensated for the night at all but other than that the overall experience 8/10

The shower and sink were both leaking. The maintenance man did come to our room. He couldn't fix it so they were going to call a plumber. The bathroom did not have a light around the mirror. The only light in the bathroom was near the shower area. I didn't survey the outside, so I won't make a comment. The breakfast was very good. The staff was good overall. I did talk to Joel, the manager, was nice. He was going to check into a discount or refund for us. Thanks!

The stay was fine for a one night stay. I would suggest not staying on the bottom floor. Doors were slammed throughout the night.

I will look for another hotel next time...

We were there for business. Could not stay connected to internet for more than 3 minutes at a time so that was inconvenience for us. Room was large and adequate. Pillows were way too soft and were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Attendant spent her time sitting at a table on her cell phone while both trash cans were overflowing and tables were dirty and not wiped off. We just needed a place to sleep and that's what we got. Not a lot of other hotels in the area, but will look for something else next time.

The elevators and hallway was dirty, trash around. People were noisy in the hallway at 5:30 am. The staff we met were great, and the continental breakfast was very good, extensive, clean, well-stocked, and lightly attended when we went at 7:45. The room was nice, appeared to be recently renovated.
