Great stay

One nighter

Our King bed was way way way to soft - it felt like out 20 yr old mattress the we got rid of - we always had to ask for towels at the front desk when housekeeping took our dirty towels. They did not replace them with the same ones that they took away. They only gave us two bath two hand and two wash.

From the time we got off the elevator the second floor smelled terrible. Very musty. Our room was the first room off the elevator and it smelled terrible. There was no soap in the bathroom. We choose holiday in express in our travels regularly. This was the worst experience we have had.
